Log Time

The Pill System

Each task has 32 interactive pills. Each pill represents 15 minutes of work, for a maximum total of 8 hours per task per day.

How to Log Time

• Click on a pill to add or remove a quarter hour
• Drag across multiple pills to select a time range at once

Filled pills are displayed in the color of the client associated with the project, allowing you to quickly visualize the distribution of your time.

Time Display

Next to the pills, the total time logged on the task is displayed in the format Xh YYm (for example: 2h 15m).

Daily Total

At the top of the page, a counter displays the total time logged for the day along with a progress percentage relative to the 7h30 target.

Modify Time

Simply click on the pills again to add or remove time. Changes are saved instantly.

Tasks marked as completed can no longer be modified. To correct the time, reopen the task first.
