Data collected

We collect the following data: name, email address, time tracking data, organization information and billing data on behalf of your business.

Processing purposes

Your data is used to: provide the service, manage your account, process payments and send you service-related communications. Your data is never viewed, resold or consolidated between our clients.

Data protection

Your data is never used for statistical, analytical or commercial purposes. It is not shared with any commercial partners. It is only processed within the scope of the commercial relationship between Mataee and the client.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the contract (provision of the service) and your consent (marketing communications).

Retention period

Your data is retained according to the following periods:

• Account data (profile, organizations, projects, tracked time): for the duration of your subscription, then anonymized within 14 days of confirming account deletion.
• Invoices and contractual data: 10 years after issuance, in compliance with French legal requirements (CGI art. L.102 B).
• Audit logs (actions, IP addresses): 12 months, for security purposes.
• Cookie consents: 13 months, in accordance with the ePrivacy directive.
• Personal data exports: 48 hours after generation.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port and object to your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at: dpo@mataee.com.

Subcontractors

We use subprocessors in the following categories: hosting (European Union), content delivery network (European Union), payment processing and transactional emails. A detailed list of our subprocessors is available upon request by contacting us.

International transfers

Your data is hosted within the European Union. No transfers to third countries are made without adequate safeguards.
