Navigate the Calendar

Work Week

Time tracking is organized on the working days defined in your organization's settings (default: Monday to Friday). Non-working days are automatically excluded from navigation. The organization owner can modify working days in Settings > Organization.

Change Day

At the top of the page, the configured working days of the week are displayed. Click on any day to go directly to it.

Each day displays a visual indicator:

Indicator Meaning
Orange dot Tasks with logged time exist but are not completed
Gray dot Tasks exist but without logged time
No dot No tasks for that day

Change Week

Use the and arrows on either side of the week selector to go to the previous or next week.

Return to Today

The Today button takes you back to the current date in one click. This button only appears when you are viewing a different date.

Access a Specific Date

You can also go directly to a date by modifying the URL: /time-tracker/2025-03-15 for example. Past dates are accessible for retroactive time entry.
