Mataee relies on Mollie, a recognized European payment provider, to process all transactions securely and in compliance with current standards.
Accepted payment methods
You can pay for your subscription with several payment methods:
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, and other common cards.
- SEPA Direct Debit: payment is automatically debited from your bank account at each billing date.
- SEPA Bank Transfer: you make the payment manually from your bank.
These payment methods let you choose the one that best suits your preferences.
Billing frequency
Two options are available:
- Monthly billing: you are charged each month on the anniversary date of your subscription.
- Annual billing: a single payment per year with two months free, representing significant savings.
You can switch between billing modes from your subscription settings.
Invoices and receipts
All your invoices are available directly from Settings > Subscription. You can:
- View the complete history of your payments.
- Download each invoice in PDF format.
- Use these documents for your accounting.
Invoices are automatically generated with each payment and contain all required legal information (VAT, invoice numbers, etc.).
Payment security
Mollie is PCI-DSS certified, the most demanding security standard in the payment industry. Your banking information is never stored on Mataee's servers. It exclusively passes through Mollie's secure infrastructure.
In case of a payment issue
If a charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds), you are notified by email and have time to resolve the situation. Your access is not immediately cut off.
