After creating your Mataee account, a few configuration steps let you tailor the tool to your organization. Here's how to get up and running quickly.
Name your organization
Go to your organization settings from the main menu. Enter the name of your agency or company. This name will appear on reports and documents generated by Mataee.
Fill in your details
Complete your organization's information:
- Address: used for billing and official documents
- Phone number and contact details
- Logo: to customize your exports and reports
Set your default hourly rate
Configure the reference hourly rate for your organization. This rate will be used by default when creating new projects and for profitability calculations. You can always customize it on a per-project or per-collaborator basis.
Invite your collaborators
Mataee is designed for teamwork. From the settings, you can invite your collaborators by email. Each member will receive an invitation to create their own access. You can assign different roles based on each person's responsibilities (administrator, collaborator).
Create your first projects
Once your team is in place, create your first projects by entering:
- The project name and associated client
- The estimated budget in hours or amount
- The collaborators assigned to the project
